Directions:
Arriving from I-75 North:
Heart Lake Resort is tucked between the pines just 1.5 miles off of I-75. Take exit 270 for Waters and make a left onto Marlette Rd. If you’ve worked up an appetite on your drive up north, be sure to stop at Gobblers for a fantastic turkey dinner before you arrive! If you’re too excited to get to Heart Lake Resort, travel down Marlette Rd for ¼ mile and turn right onto Old US 27. The resort is one mile down the road on your right.
Arriving from I-75 South:
Take exit 279 for Old US 27 and turn right. Drive 7 miles south on Old US 27, along gorgeous Lake Otsego, past Mancelona Rd. until you reach Heart Lake Resort on the left hand side. Keep an eye out for our sign!
Convenience
Need to grab groceries on the way? Or maybe a quick bite to eat? No worries! Travel to exit 282 for Gaylord. All major grocery stores such as Walmart, Meijer and Aldi are located less than a mile from the highway. Fast food restaurants such as McDonalds, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Qdoba, and KFC can also be easily accessed. To make it even better, you’re only a 12 minute drive back to Heart Lake Resort!
